Hi, I'm Lexxie!

By day, I am a Human Resources professional. Beyond the typical "9-to-5" job, I have a strong thirst for delicious iced teas and a huge hunger for adventure!

My beginning was anything but humble: having a reputation amongst my friends for having no filter and never standing still. I would drag my friends - sometimes on a whim; and possibly against their own free will - to venture out with me to new things.

It's alive!

Many moons ago, I started a pet project where I would take photos and photos and photos of my shenanigans - be it food, when I'm on holidays, or random stuff that look heaps rad. Posting all my quirky photos on facebook, people had become curious and engaged with what I've eaten and where I've been.

​

I was having afternoon tea with a girlfriend when she started looking at some of my photos on facebook and said to me "babe, why don't you start an actual blog? Nothing serious, just spread the love". As I sipped my last bit of Earl Grey; contemplated what she said, I decided to take on the challenge of a lifestyle blog - and the rest is history!
